No. We handle roaster repair and maintenance only. We can come in, diagnose the problem, and source the components needed for a proper repair, but we don't do roaster installs, gas hookups, or ventilation installation.
We commonly address smoke or poor airflow from duct debris, ungreased bearings, and components that need replacing.
Twice a year. We offer bi-annual maintenance plans to cover all your equipment: espresso machine, grinder, water filtration, and roaster.
We will come take a look at your roaster regardless of the brand.
We can usually be at your cafe within 48 hours. Same-day emergency service is available, quoted specifically for your cafe and the issue.
Service is $90/hour and travel time is $45/hour. Emergency and same-day visits are quoted individually.
