A leak is usually the first sign a part is starting to wear out. We trace it to the source, whether that's a seal, a gasket, or another component touched by water, and replace it before it turns into unplanned downtime.
Clogs and slow flow
One of the most common calls we get. Clogs build up over time and slow your shots or stop them altogether. We clear the clog and check what caused it, so it's less likely to come back.
Electrical issues
When something's off electrically, guessing at the fix usually makes it worse. We run a proper diagnosis, find the component that's actually failing, and replace it.

How often should my espresso machine be serviced?
Twice a year. Regular visits catch small problems, like a slow leak or a component that's starting to fail, before they turn into a machine going down mid-shift. We offer routine maintenance visits to cover your espresso machine, grinder, water filtration system, and roaster.
How quickly can you get to my cafe?
We typically reply within the hour and can usually be at your cafe within 48 hours. Same-day emergency service is available, quoted specifically for your issue and location.
What do you charge?
Service is $90/hour and travel time is $45/hour. Emergency and same-day visits are quoted individually.
What machines do you work on?
We service machines across the majority of brands, and all of the major brands.
Where do you work?
We service across Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, and East Oklahoma.
